Tax Revenue Benefits<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t

A PILT agreement was reached at $2,000\/MW that will be given to Woods County, in addition to a Community Host Agreement at $2k\/MW. Thus, Little Sahara Solar will pay over $7 million in property taxes to Woods County over the lifetime of the project.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

Vegetative Screening<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Our vegetative screening will incorporate trees and shrubs to soften the appearance of the solar farm to neighbors and community members who frequent the roads alongside the project.
